Home Spotlight: Designer Mersina Stubbs

Just a little inspiration for your Tuesday folks.  This Designer/Dallas Socialite/Do-Gooder has her home on feature this month and I must say, "Well done!"  Stubbs took a once heavily hued Mediterranean-designed home in the University Park area of Dallas and transformed it into a breezy white home with her funky collection of found furniture, art, and family heirlooms.

Loving the worldly with a touch of feminie this room has!

The mirrored coffee table is 15 years old, and growing older with style.

Mersina walked in on the painters painting the beams with Kilz, she said its the best mistake ever.

Upstairs guest room dressed in a found elephant table painted white, Madeline Weinreib rug and an origianl art piece byt Mersina herself...took only an hour.  Let this be an inspiration for all of us to get out our paint brushes!

Oil painting at the end of the corridor given by Stubbs' husband as a 40th birthday presnt.
Exterior patio right off of the living area.  DYING over those antique tiles!!!
